As Operations Manager, Brent plays a broad role across myITmanager. He works closely with the team across the day-to-day operation and ongoing improvement of the business, while also working directly with clients.
Brent works with clients in a vCIO capacity, often alongside other members of the team, helping them understand where their technology is today, what needs attention and what should be prioritised next. This includes developing technology roadmaps, planning future investment and making sure technology decisions support the direction of the business.
Continuous improvement is a core part of Brent's approach, both within myITmanager and for our clients. He is always looking at where things can be done better, with AI, automation and better use of technology playing a key role in improving efficiency, service and the way people work.
