Privacy policy
We have a set of system requirements that are required to be in place in order for us to meet Managed Services obligations including:
Windows Devices
- All devices are running Windows 10 Pro, Business or Enterprise or Windows 11 Pro, Business or Enterprise (post Oct 2025)
- All devices are Azure AD joined and enrolled with Microsoft Intune or Windows Active Directory Joined with a functional level of Server 2016 or higher
- All devices are less than 5 years old and under manufacturers warranty
- All Windows devices are installed with myITmanagers security and remote access app
- Users do not have local admin rights to install local applications
Mobile Devices
- Any devices accessing company data are enrolled with Microsoft MAM or MDM.
- All mobile devices support the most current iOS or Android releases
Microsoft 365
- All users are licensed with the necessary Microsoft 365 license (Business Premium, F3 or above)
Backups & DR
- All licensed Microsoft 365 users are backed up on our online backup solution
Peripherals
- Peripherals (e.g. printers) must be Windows 11 compatible and on a Managed Print contract or have a Print vendor support agreement
Network
- All network hardware needs to be fully managed by us and within manufacturers' warranty
Cyber Insurance
- You have suitable Cyber insurance cover in place
If a Support Request relates to an issue that does not meet our Minimum Standards, it will be at our sole discretion whether we charge You for any additional time incurred for supporting that issue.
